Swedish massage is a full body massage that reduces stress, both emotional and physical.  It is customized to each client and restores balance to the body and mind.

Anti-Stress Foot Treatment

Relaxation starts with a soothing foot cleanse and softening salts to help relieve stiffness and fatigue.  Your feet are exfoliated with the Pumpkin Peel and then treated with a foot massage to release tension and pain. A hydrating masque and foot lotion will follow to cool the skin and bring moisture back to those rough and dry patches.

Unwind with steam, deep pore cleansing, steamed towels, exfoliation with sugar scrub and/or gentle glycolic acid, extractions (if needed). An invigorating neck and back massage follows to target sore muscles and melt away tension and  stress while the hands and feet are cocooned in hot towels.

Series of Three, 60 minute Pumpkin Peel Back Facials. The shower can only provide so much cleansing of the back.  Accumulation of shampoo and conditioning residues as well as perspiration can add to a neglected appearance, clogged pores, and breakouts.  A Deep cleanse, exfoliation with the Pumpkin Peel and /or glycolic toner, extractions (if needed) and massage therapy are perfect if your seeking a smooth and spotless back.
